Leek (Kutsay) for insect bites and stings, promotes urine flow

This plant is widely use in culinary purposes. I always have this with a chicken porridge added a calamansi and pepper.  The leaves is chop into small pieces and gives a aromatic smell.  It's leaves are widely use for cooking.

This is belonging to the plant family Liliaceae and considered a perennial, sometimes an annual. The stems grows from slightly bulging bulb. The leaves are linear, lanceolate. The disticntive flower is so nice like umbrellate cluste of flowers, white to light-red in colour.
